Menopause can bring a range of physical, emotional and cognitive changes that can have a significant impact on both personal and professional life. Hosted by transformational life coach and menopause specialist Sharon Worth, this interactive workshop will focus on the importance of self-advocacy during menopause, empowering participants to better understand their needs, communicate with confidence, and access the support available to them.

Whether you're currently experiencing menopause, preparing for this stage of life, or supporting someone who is, this session will provide practical strategies to help you navigate conversations at work and beyond. Participants will also receive a tailored support pack, co-created by Education Mutual and Sharon Worth Coaching, offering useful resources and actionable guidance to complement the workshop.

Mme Sharon Worth

Sharon Worth is an accredited and award-winning coach, with specialist knowledge of menopause. She is also a Level 3 qualified personal trainer, and a yoga teacher with a deep passion for supporting women through every stage of their hormonal journey. As a post-menopausal mum of three, recently diagnosed with ADHD and autism, her coaching is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a genuine desire to help women navigate the physical, emotional, and long-term health impacts of hormonal change.
