This interactive workshop explores the impact menopause can have in the workplace, helping attendees to better understand the challenges individuals may face and how to provide meaningful support.

Whether you're a manager, colleague, or experiencing menopause yourself, this session will share practical advice, effective communication strategies, and the latest information on available support and treatment options, helping to foster a more inclusive and understanding workplace.

She supports workplaces and individuals around personal and professional development, having more than 15 years of experience in leadership and management roles.
