Agenda

Hormonal shifts during menopause can do more than trigger hot flushes and mood swings — they can unmask or amplify traits associated with neurodivergence, such as ADHD, autism and sensory sensitivity. Drawing on her expertise as a transformational life coach with specialist training in menopause, host Sharon Worth will explore the intersection of menopause and neurodivergence, shedding light on how fluctuating oestrogen levels can impact cognition, emotional regulation, and identity.

Many women first recognise their neurodivergence during this stage of life. Whether you are neurodivergent, suspect you might be, or simply want to better understand how menopausal hormonal imbalances can impact your wellbeing, this session will help you to connect the dots. Participants will also receive a tailored support pack, co-created by Education Mutual and Sharon Worth Coaching, offering practical tools and guidance to complement the session.
