Education Mutual are providing a FREE interactive workshop hosted by experienced therapist Melanie Hall.

In recognition of Men's Mental Health Month, this interactive workshop explores the importance of recognising and supporting mental health in the workplace.

Designed for everyone working in education, the session will help you identify the signs that a colleague may be struggling, understand how to start supportive conversations, and gain practical guidance on creating a more open and supportive working environment. You'll also learn about the support and resources available to those who may need them.

Mme Melanie Hall

An experienced accredited BACP (The British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) registered therapist passionate about helping individuals overcome the barriers that stop you from living life to the full.

Melanie has experience of working with with school staff and employers providing counselling and psychotherapy around a wide range of issues. She supports workplaces and individuals around personal and professional development, having more than 15 years of experience in leadership and management roles.
