Programma

Education Mutual are providing a FREE interactive workshop hosted by experienced therapist Melanie Hall.

A new year doesn't always mean a fresh start. Returning to work after the festive break can bring renewed pressures, increased workloads, and the expectation to "hit the ground running."

Join us for this supportive workshop, where we'll explore practical strategies for managing workplace pressure, recognising the signs of stress, and building resilience. You'll leave with simple coping techniques and realistic approaches to help you maintain your wellbeing throughout the year.
